PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-"No one has ever become poor by giving."  Well those inspiring words from Anne Frank rang clear for Dan Shube, Chief Marketing Officer and Celina Klee, Public Relations Manager for Labor Finders, on November 7, a beautiful South Florida day.

But, first a little bit of a back-story.  Labor Finders had just completed another highly successful marketing campaign in which there was left over products. As in the past, donations are made to local charities that we believe will benefit from the products and this time around, it was decided to work with His House Children's Home in Miami Gardens, Florida.  His House Children's Home is a private, faith-based non-profit organization dedicated to restoring joy to the lives of children from newborn to 21 years of age. Since it was established in 1989, His House has been offering safe, caring homes to abused, abandoned and neglected children in South Florida.

Dan had worked with His House prior to joining Labor Finders in 2007 and in 2009; Labor Finders donated tickets to the Orange Bowl, one for a resident at His House (who scored straight A's and was the most helpful to his fellow residents and teachers,) along with his guidance counselor. This donation to His House was for the young residents, along with their hard-working, dedicated staff.  Celina reached out to the organization and was put in touch with Carolina Osorio, their Media/Event Specialist. It was agreed that on November 7, Dan and Celina would deliver the following much-needed items: Traditional Medicinals Organic Herbal Easy Now Tea: 224 individual wrapped single serving tea bags; Pure Gold Gourmet Coffee: 200 individually wrapped single serving packets of coffee; 4C Totally Light Green Ice Tea: 330 individually wrapped single serving packets of ice tea; 250 Onyx colored enamel designer pens; 123 Sport shaker large portable bottles; 135 back-packs and four-cases of bottled water.

After the donation was delivered both Dan and Celina were taken on a very moving and inspirational tour of the facility.  Both were given the opportunity to meet teachers, the dedicated caregivers along with some of the children at each of the warm and inviting homes.

Prior to departing, hugs were exchanged and a sense of love and elation soared over Dan and Celina, (who also had tears of joy in her eyes.)  Which leads to another inspirational quote, this time, from Mother Teresa, "It's not how much we give but how much love we put into giving".
