A:
: Once a staff member has verified that you are able to perform the types of jobs we offer, the application and all required paperwork have been submitted, a staff member will conduct a brief interview and orientation. You are then ready to be sent on an assignment (maybe even the same day), if one for which you are qualified for is readily available.

The pay rate for each assignment is different. The pay rate depends on several factors: the assignment, your skills and schedule flexibility. You will be presented with a pay rate amount before accepting an assignment.

A:
Labor Finders offices usually pay employees at the end of each day for work performed that day. If the pay cycle for a particular position differs from this, you will be informed of the different pay cycle before accepting the assignment.

A:
Labor Finders primarily pays its employees by check.  Some offices also distribute pay via a PayCard, in addition to checks.  Please contact your local office if you have any specific questions.

Q: What do I need to be prepared for my assignment?
