A: Each local Labor Finders office team treats every order received with equal importance and will do their best to match the correct worker(s) to each job order. No order or customer is too small or too large for us. In fact, you don’t even have to own a company to use our services! Q: Are Labor Finders workers able to be hired permanently by pleased customers?
A: Certainly!  We’re always pleased when one of our employees has made such an impact to be hired as a permanent employee by our customers. In those cases, we ask that you contact the dispatching office for the terms involved in this process, as we generally require employees to continue working for you through our office for a pre-determined period of time. This way, you can be sure of your decision to hire permanently.

Q: When will I be invoiced for services rendered?
A: All Labor Finders offices invoice on a weekly basis, so you can expect to receive an invoice within a week after services were initially requested. All invoices are payable immediately upon receipt.

Q: Can I give a worker payment for services rendered?
A: Our workers are not allowed to handle any types of payments, so it is our policy that they never be given cash, check, credit card information, etc. for the purpose of paying an invoice. The customer is solely responsible for delivering, mailing or calling in a payment.

Q: Do you accept cash payments for services rendered?
A: While we do accept cash for services rendered, we ask that our customers make cash payments in person to the dispatching office prior to sending workers to the job site. They will receive a receipt for the tendered cash at that time.
